I am a diabetic, I feel some numbness on my toes. I am taking some drug called diamacron & glucophage 1 tablet each in morning and evening. Please advice on natural health product to take.

Many people have found that a diet high in raw foods has helped them manage, even cure, diabetes. There is no avoiding the fact that diet is the answer. You must avoid sugar and all refined carbohydrates. Sugar is a poison, an addictive drug.
Instead feed your body with high quality foods, full of nutrients. Eat lots of raw salads, raw vegetable juices and green smoothies. These will supply your body with all the vitamins and minerals it needs to heal itself, plus the enzymes to help you digest and absorb them.
There are herbs and foods that are helpful for diabetes, including onion and garlic, cinnamon, Asian ginseng, bilberry and blueberry.
Stevia is a herb which has a very sweet taste without any calories. It can be used as a substitute for sugar and may have beneficial effects on glucose tolerance.
As well as adding more raw foods to your diet, it could be helpful to see an herbalist who will be able to recommend the best herbs for you at this time.
Remember that many people have completely cured their diabetes through diet and herbs – you can too.
