Heart Disease

I'm looking for a heart disease cure. I suffer a heavy chest and shortness of breath after a ten minute walk.

The most important thing for heart disease is getting enough vitamin C. Get a good quality, high dose (1000mg per tablet) vitamin C supplement and take at least four a day. This seems like a lot compared to the amount usually recommended by orthodox medicine, but it’s really not. You could have a lot more before it’s too much.
Most animals make their own vitamin C, apart from fruit bats, guinea pigs and primates. The amount these animals eat in the wild is equivalent to an average size man having 10 or 11 grams of vitamin C a day.
Natural sources of vitamin C include fresh fruit – especially berries – and fresh leaves – lettuce, spinach, kale, parsley, etc. It’s important to eat lots of these, as they’ve got many different nutrients that will benefit your health, but it’s still worth taking a supplement as well. If you already have a heart condition a good vitamin C supplement combined with an improved diet will help you recover quickly.
My husband had a minor heart attack 13 years ago, and used to get short of breath very easily. He started taking 6 grams a day of vitamin C. Within a few weeks he noticed that he wasn’t getting short of breath any more, and he’s had no more trouble with his heart.
As well as vitamin C, vitamins A and E and CoQ10 are all very helpful in keeping the heart healthy, but vitamin C is the most important.
For an emergency remedy you can’t beat cayenne pepper tincture. You can take a few drops in a glass of water on a regular basis, or take it undiluted if your heart feels really bad – e.g. an angina attack, or tightness in the chest.
You can restore your heart to full health, but it does take time. Please take these vitamin supplements – they really do help your heart to heal itself. You can be really fit and well again if you’ll take charge of your own health. Take high dose vitamin C and eat healthily. As you get better you can gradually increase the amount of exercise you do, so that your heart gets fitter.
