Heart Disease – Reverse It Now. Here’s How.

Question: I’m looking for a heart disease cure. I suffer a heavy feeling in my chest and shortness of breath after even a little exercise.

Answer: These can all be symptoms of heart disease. If you suffer any of these you’re lucky – you’ve got time to do something about it. For many people a fatal heart attack is the first sign.

You can reverse heart disease and all it’s symptoms, with time and a little effort.

The most important thing for heart health is getting enough vitamin C. Get a good quality, high dose (1000mg per tablet) vitamin C supplement and take at least 6 grams a day. This seems like a lot compared to the amount usually recommended by doctors and governments, but it’s really not. Vitamin C is the least toxic stuff known to science. You’d have to have pounds of it to have even a small chance of hurting yourself.

My husband had a slight heart attack 12 years ago. Since then he has taken 6 grams (6000mg) a day of vitamin C and has had no further trouble with his heart. He used to suffer shortness of breath but this went after a few weeks on vitamin C.

Other people have taken 10, 15 or even 20 grams a day for years without harm.

As well as vitamin C, vitamins A and E are very helpful in keeping the heart healthy, and also Co-enzyme Q10, but vitamin C is the most important.

More on vitamin C and heart disease.

Please take these vitamin supplements – they really do help your heart to heal itself. You can be really fit and well again if you’ll take charge of your own health. Take high dose vitamin C and eat healthily.

What you eat is the single most important factor for your health. Eat as much fresh vegetables as you can, especially leafy greens. The vitamins, minerals and enzymes will give your body what it needs to heal itself. The easiest way to have lots of leafy veg is in a green smoothie – in blender put some fruit e.g. a couple of pears or apples – whatever you like, and top up with lettuce, chard, beet tops or other leafy veg. Blend until smooth. You can have several glasses a day of green smoothies.

As your heart and circulation get better you can gradually begin to exercise moderately. Increase exercise gradually so as not to overstretch yourself.

You can restore your heart to full health, but it does take time.
In the meantime, a good emergency remedy is cayenne tincture. You can take a few drops in a glass of water on a regular basis, or take it undiluted if you feel really bad – e.g. feeling heavy in the chest or angina.
